Registry for .IN has issued a clarification on Domain Registrations by Foreign Nationals / Business - No Restrictions for Registration https://registry.in/registry-advisory-2025_07_29

 There has been a lot of confusion in this matter and the confusion is not fully resolved , its not clear what documentation is acceptable . Also how many Registrars are going to left standing offering services to Foreign Nationals and Business.
