Bharat Taxi using a .com instead of .IN , why :

Just saw news that BharatTaxi is expanding its services in India , using the domain name BharatTaxiApp.com, to compete with Ola , Uber etc. Its an initiated promoted by the Govt . 

 

Interestingly no business can register .IN domains with keyword "Bharat" currently , restricted by NIXI (.IN Registry) hence they can't register BharatTaxi .in or BharatTaxi .co.in . It would have been ideal to use them as well or have them as their primary website. 

 

So any business looking to use "Bharat" in their website address will have to go with a .com or any other extension . This is not good for .in, to drive businesses to .com and other extensions.
